Shipping policy

Exchanges

  • All exchanges must be done within 15 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase. Must be accompanied by the original order number, and the desired size and item. The item must be in like-new condition unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and able to be sold.
  • If the item you are exchanging is not of equal value please contact us through email: admin@hausofshea.co
  • If the wrong item is delivered, Haus of Shea will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
  • If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the postage of re-shipment.
  • If the address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably)
  • If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image (if possible) of the defect.  We will review and reply within 48 hours with a resolution.

*Please note that some deliveries may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please allow enough time prior to your event to receive your delivery.
